Well-equipped units with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge in the distance, comfy bed and a big chest, and the staff were excellent. The location was comfortable and unbeatable for restaurants and bars.

We truly enjoyed staying 2 nights here. Modern and stocked units with a bathroom, a view of the bridge, for example, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel had an excellent location extremely close to Russian Hill.
The room was a little loud, and Wi-Fi was terrible.

The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying a secure area, close to the Marina, and the cable car, fishermans wharf, shopping and restaurants. We greatly enjoyed huge room with a view and helpful staff. Also, location was favourable and magnificent, at a medium distance from Van Ness Avenue. It was an exceptional and quiet property, nothing too much trouble, do recommend.

I stayed at a budget hotel in a great location, close to many attractions. It was convenient to take a taxi from the station and fairly close to the event I was participating in. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The staff was helpful, providing tips and information on transport and tourist spots. The hotel also had free onsite parking, a perk that is hard to find in the city.
The manager at the hotel had a poor attitude and was not helpful towards guests or her staff.
